Tami Joined ICDC February 2019 as our Executive Director. She has been in the field of Early Learning since 2000. Tami likes plants, golf,  and taking her dog for walks. She is very creative and likes to paint and sew.

Doralynn has been with ICDC since October 2025, she grew up in a small town in Alberta but has been in Calgary since she was 3. She has been in the childcare field since 2010. In her spare time she enjoys reading, working out, walks through exploring the city parks around Calgary, and games with friends and family.

Shari is our fabulous Chef, who has been with us since September 2016. With over 30 years of experience in commercial kitchens, Shari develops and prepares the whole menu for ICDC.

Local to Inglewood, Cayley is married to Doug, an oil and gas engineer, and together they have two sons, Jones (5) and Julian (2). Professionally, Cayley leads the Client Experience and Events department at DIRTT in Calgary, overseeing office operations as well as client engagement and events across Calgary, Dallas, Chicago, and Houston.

A passionate and educated wine enthusiast, Cayley is currently pursuing her WSET Level 3 certification. In her spare time, she enjoys exploring the Inglewood community, skiing in Panorama, and sharing great wine with friends.

My name is Kamille, and I have two girls currently attending ICDC. Prior to having my children, I worked in the ELCC field for over 15 years and hold a degree in Child and Youth Care, and Level 3 certification. Having experience as an educator, and now as a parent, being a board member was extremely important to me. I am a huge advocate for ethical childcare and believe every child/family should have access to quality early learning programs. While serving on the ICDC board, my goal will be to always support the children, families, and staff in any way needed. I’m very much looking forward to another year! Here’s to 2026
