Rupinder started at ICDC in February 2021. She is originally from India. Rupinder enjoys visiting parks and exploring nature with her family. She enjoys gardening in her spare time.

Harman has been with ICDC since April 2025. She has been in the childcare field since 2020. Harman was born in India but grew up in Italy! A few interesting facts about Harman is she loves to crochet, loves cooking and wants to do underwater diving. In her spare time she enjoys cooking, watching a good movie, and doing diamond painting or sketching. 

Harman holds a Level 3 ECE
