Board of Directors

As a not-for-profit ICDC is operated by a Board of Directors. The ICDC Board of Directors is comprised of parent volunteers whose children are currently attending or have attended ICDC. Each year during our AGM a new Board is elected. The Board of Directors governs policy and procedure of ICDC. They provide direction and policy to our Executive Director. The day to day operations are the sole responsibility of the Executive Director. The Board meets monthly to discuss the operations of the centre. As per our bylaws there are a minimum of 10 meetings annually. Families of children in the centre do not need to be on the Board to attend meetings, everyone is welcome.

Meet our current Board of Directors below:

President - Jeremy

This is Jeremy's 2nd term as President, before that he was a Director at Large and Vice President. Jeremy has 2 children, one currently attends and one previously attended ICDC.

Secretary - Pamela

Pamela was previously a Director at Large, this is her 2nd term on the Board. She has 2 children currently attending the centre.

Director at large - Caylee

This is Caylee's 2nd term on the Board. She has 1 child who currently attends ICDC.

Director at large - Jared

This is Jared's first term as a Director on the Board. He has 2 children, one who currently attends and one future attendee.

Director at large - Caleb

This is Cale's first term as an ICDC Director on the Board. He has 3 children, one who currently attends and 2 future attendees.

Vice President - Erin

No stranger to being a member of a Board. This is Erin's first term. She has 2 children currently attending ICDC.

Treasurer - Justine

This is Justine's 3rd term on the Board. She has 2 children, one of which currently attends, the other is a future pupil of ICDC.

Director at large - Steph

This is Steph's 2nd term on the Board. She has 2 children, both of whom attend ICDC.

Director at large - Lindsay

This is Lindsay's first term as a Director on the Board. She has 1 child who attends ICDC.
